When i first heard about that it is possible to outsource the troubles with SysAdmin i thought: Well, sounds all good but can i trust these guys ? I overcame my doubts and let them manage the first servers. And it really worked. When we had a critical incident where our servers did not come back NK Support spend most of their resources just to bring our machines back within a few hours. I must say that with my inhouse sysadmin it would have taken me 2-3 days. So, all in all: Safe money, safe nerves, safe time and sleep well – NK Support will handle it for you. NK Support has been wildly useful hosting service for us. We get a service faster and at ¼ of the cost of using other providers.
