Why do i need your service, actually?

Inhouse techs demand 100$/day for on call duty, freelancers tends to be unavailable when you need them the most.
We are here any time you need, and we just cover all your technical needs to keep your servers up and running, no matter what.

In our understanding, server management is everything that should be done to have the applications on server run fine and smoothly. Faulty hardware – diagnose and request replacement from provider. Faulty software – fix or tune. Software works fine, but demands more resources – assist developer to profile it or give it more resources. Server is decommissioned – migrate app to the new server and wipe out the old one. Also we handle CI/CD, DBA, controp panel updates, web and application server updates, and lot, lot more.

SLA from you server provider means only that your server will have power supply and network connectivity, the most complicated thing they usually can do is to reboot the server that hanged up or run the hardware test and reinstall the OS wiping all data. We just keep the things running, taking all the ops part as our responsibility.

Sure. We have shifts scheduled L1 and L2 support department, and L3 techs on dayhours and on-call schedule, so whenever the issue happens, it will be passed to responsible tech in less than 30 minutes.

As long as it runs Linux, we usually can fix it. We are in the hosting business for more than 15 years. Is it some Xen hypervisor nobody has a cue about, some proprietary network storage under BSD, some CentOS 6 server with Easy Apache3 on it,  or just your customer who wants to migrate 300 wp sites to you – we can handle it.

Short answer: it saves your time and money in the end.
Long answer: lot of program products have been unsupported for a while, with some vulnerabilities already known. Some were bought by the new owners, who put them on life support and rise the subscription costs.
Keeping old server running also costs money – contract prices grows with the time, and compute power doesn’t.

We care about quality of our service. Every SLA failure is investigated and our internal documentation and trainings are modified to make sure that kind of issues will not happen again. We have been on the market for more that 20 years, and we have average customer lifespan more than five years. 

Yes. As long as it runs on Linux and runs web server, we are okay to handle it, and, most possibly, we have had experience with it.

We do provide you with all the credentials, internal documentations we have about your servers and help you to offload your backups from our storage, if you want it. We will also provide your techs with all the info they may query.

We try to use the most standard, runbook-provided solutions to let any relevant tech to take over the servers we work with, and we are working with any datacenter you prefer.

We are always available via website chat too. It is served by our L1 techs and is always monitored. Unfortunately we have no means to authorize the customer via website chat, so request like “server  srv1.examplehosting.com is slow” are fine, when “please put this ssh key to server” will demand authorization via ticket system. 

We never do any potentially breaking changes on the server without getting approve and confirming maintenance schedule with you. On preforming this, we have the plan of rollback in case the things went wrong.

No problem. We are perfectly okay with existing customizations in your setup, and we will leave them as they are, or let you know what issues may emerge and what limitations it will cause.

We can repel attacks of medium power by tuning the server firewall or introducing JS challenge like Anubis. Big unsolicited attacks, like UDP flood, are usually handled by datacenters itself. Unfortunately, big targeted attack will demand external solutions to protect from them. Fortunately, we will gladly help you to set them up.

Yes, we are perfectly fine with processing incoming abuses – spam , DMCA, email blacklisting and others. If we can reach you in the terms available for abuse resolution – we let you make the decision what to do with abusive content. If not, we gather all the info about abuse, block the links in question to prevent service blocking and sent the info to you.
